We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Gujarati Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining products/services to customers, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships. Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers and leads.
- Maintain daily call records and customer data.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints politely.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
