About the Role
We're looking for a Logistics Executive who can own order tracking and non-delivery management end to end across our Shopify website and marketplace channels (Myntra and Nykaa Fashion), and keep delivery performance tight in a high-volume environment.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end order tracking across our Shopify website and marketplace channels (Myntra, Nykaa Fashion)
- Manage Non-Delivery Reports (NDR): identify, action, and close non-delivered shipments within SLA
- Coordinate with courier partners (Delhivery, Shadowfax) for smooth first-mile pickup and last-mile delivery
- Handle exceptions: RTO, lost shipments, damaged parcels Track sales, returns, and order flow through Unicommerce
- Maintain daily MIS on dispatch, delivery, RTO, and NDR rates Work with customer service to resolve delivery complaints proactively
- Track and reduce RTO through follow-ups and address verification
- Flag bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to cut TAT
- Coordinate with the warehouse team on daily dispatch schedules
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on D2C or e-commerce logistics operations experience
- Working knowledge of courier partners and their panels (Delhivery, Shadowfax, or similar) Hands-on experience with an OMS, ideally Unicommerce
- Strong grip on NDR, RTO, FM, and LM workflows
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for daily reporting
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication in Hindi and English
Nice to Have
- Prior experience at a D2C fashion or lifestyle brand
- Experience managing marketplace shipment cycles on Myntra and Nykaa Fashion seller panels
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
