Manage and oversee all aspects of the factory's operations
Develop and implement strategies to increase production and improve day to day efficiencies
Monitor raw material levels and ensure timely restocking
Train and supervise production employees
Handling queries across various location and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage cash registers and handle financial transactions
Prepare and analyze production plan reports and inform to management
Stay up to date with industry trends and developments
Perquisites
The candidate is responsible for handling the team
Co-ordinate with all departments for production planning
Ensuring dispatch on time without any issues
Required Experience - 10-15 years
Skills - Elevator experience will be added advantage
