Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, paid ads).
Manage brand presence across platforms, ensuring consistent tone, style, and messaging.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for maximum ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and emerging platforms.
Business Operations & Coordination
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow across teams.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for project deliverables.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
Support business growth initiatives, including partnerships, proposals, and process improvements.
Team Leadership
Supervise and guide marketing and support staff.
Foster a positive and productive work culture.
Ensure clear communication and accountability within the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with operational responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, analytics, and email marketing tools.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
Experience in budget management and reporting.
