About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller for a reputed real estate company in Zirakpur. The candidate should have good communication skills and prior experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and coordinating site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Generate and maintain leads through calling and follow-ups
- Explain project details and property information to clients
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team
- Maintain customer database and daily calling reports
- Build good relationships with prospective clients
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate projects and sales process
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
Qualification
- Graduation in any stream preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling/Customer Handling
- Real Estate industry experience will be preferred
