Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in New Delhi, Okhla Phase II. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, ledger management, bank reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements.
- Strong skills in accounting software (e.g., Tally), MS Excel, and basic data analysis.
- Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, billing, collections, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG environments is preferred but not mandatory.
