Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our skin and hair clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing clinic performance, staff coordination, patient experience, and business growth while ensuring high standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall branch operations of the clinic
- Manage front office, therapists, doctors, and support staff
- Ensure excellent patient experience and service quality
- Achieve monthly revenue and target goals
- Handle appointment scheduling, billing, and reporting
- Monitor inventory of clinic products and consumables
- Implement marketing strategies to increase footfall
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and retention
- Ensure compliance with clinic standards and hygiene protocols
- Coordinate with management for business expansion and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Healthcare / Related field
- 2–5 years experience in clinic, hospital, salon, or wellness center management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer handling abilities
- Basic knowledge of skin & hair treatments is an added advantage
- Target-oriented and business-driven mindset
