Job description:
- Design and defining cloud-based solutions for customers.

Provide customers with cloud consultancy and work with sales to build solutions based on customer needs.

Define solution architecture and migration planning for a communication solution.

Work closely with sales team to manage presales activity

Assisting Internal Development team to develop cloud-based applications and deploy using best practices

Support Product Management and Marketing teams in developing Solution offerings.

Understand customer requirements and deliver an appropriate solution suiting their custom requirement.

Responsible for solution designing, creating & providing the demo of solutions and POC for customers.

Participating in technical Seminars and webinars to increase product and technology understanding.

Define Technical Proposal and MOM.
