Must-Have:
- Preferred Oil and Gas Industry Experience, Knowledge of Upstream, Midstream and Downstream processes, It is expected to be familiar with Oil & Gas specific terminologies, HPM & their behaviour
- Understand O&G specific master data special characteristics maintained in system
- Detail understanding of different modes of transports in Oil Industry for HPM products, understand the deviation and tolerance reasons and impact, know how deviations are handled in system, load and discharge execution in the system
- Freight cost- maintain Freight cost, handling shipment and shipment cost calculations, approvals, integrations with 3PLs.
- Pricing- experience in handling complex pricing related issues, maintaining pricing procedures, determining correct condition records, tax implications and Industry requirements related to Invoicing, Exports and High sea sales scenarios
- Experience of Building and managing issues related to Interfaces (I-Docs & File Transfer) between SAP and Non-SAP systems (Refinery, Depot, Customer Portals)
- S/4HANA experience Preferred, familiarity with Fiori and BTP
- Aware of ITSM tools like ServiceNow and ITSM processes for Incidents, Changes, Problems, RCA and Service requests
