TLFCB has been training children in classical ballet for 20 years. We have 900+ students, seven centres across Bangalore, and a community of families who are deeply invested in what their children are learning here.
We are looking for one person to join our team as Student Coordinator. In a nutshell, you are the person parents call when they have a question. You are aware of which parent picks up which child, ensuring children are always returned safely to their guardians. You handle attendance, support our teachers, schedule parent - teacher meetings, fee follow-ups and all parent communications. You are warm, welcoming and always approachable.
Your English is excellent. Not just functional , genuinely clear, warm, and articulate. When you speak to a parent, they feel heard, you understand their concerns and find solutions and communicate what is possible and what is not. When you speak to a child, they feel completely at ease with you.
You are organised in a way that is almost second nature. You notice what needs doing before anyone asks. You are comfortable with Google Workspace, basic spreadsheets, and Whatsapp based communications. Kannada fluency is a strong advantage.
We are looking for someone early in their career, with some experience in education, hospitality, childcare, or a service-oriented environment. Our students are primarily children between the ages of 4 and 18. Our world is studios, recitals, and families who care deeply about their child's growth.
