- Prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and baked goods.
- Design and develop new dessert menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the bakery section.
- Follow standard recipes while also innovating seasonal and signature items.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment properly.
- Ensure minimal wastage and cost control in production.
- Supervise junior staff and guide bakery assistants when required.
- Ensure all products meet hotel/restaurant quality standards.
