We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Development Representative with 1–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales. Your primary focus will be lead generation, prospect engagement, and pipeline building to drive revenue growth.
You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations, and contributing directly to Doqfy’s expansion.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential B2B clients
- Generate qualified leads through:
- Cold Calling
- Cold Emailing
- LinkedIn Outreach
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Sales team
- Understand prospect pain points and qualify opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records in CRM for tracking and reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance insights
What We’re Looking For
- Any Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development (Software Sales preferred)
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads with good conversion rates
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
