We are looking for a talented Programmatic Ads Specialist to join our team and drive our SSP's success.
Job Summary: The Programmatic Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our Seller Side Platform. This role requires a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, ad exchanges, and real-time bidding (RTB). The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve revenue goals.

This requirement is Full Time and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location:

Key Responsibilities:

SSP Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Seller Side Platform, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.

Ad Inventory Optimization: Analyze ad inventory and implement strategies to maximize yield and fill rates for publishers.

Campaign Setup & Management: Set up, manage, and optimize programmatic ad campaigns, including PMP deals, open auctions, and direct deals.

Data Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics and conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on ad performance, revenue, and key insights for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to align strategies and drive revenue growth.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to ad delivery, discrepancies, and other technical challenges.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably within an SSP environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with SSP platforms, ad exchanges, DSPs, and RTB processes. Experience with Google Ad Manager, OpenX, or similar platforms is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
