Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Online Reputation Management (ORM) team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about digital communication, customer engagement, and brand reputation management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage brand mentions across social media platforms, review websites, and digital channels.
- Respond to customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all responses align with brand guidelines and communication standards.
- Escalate critical customer concerns to the relevant internal teams.
- Track and report customer sentiment and engagement trends.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and response efficiency.
- Support daily ORM operations and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer communication.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in ORM, Customer Support, Email Support, Content Moderation, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling customer interactions through email, chat, or social media.
- Knowledge of ORM and social media monitoring tools.
