The F&B Store Executive is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of food, beverage, and consumable items. The role ensures accurate stock records, timely replenishment of materials, and compliance with company standards and food safety requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
- Receive and inspect incoming food, beverage, and consumable materials.
- Verify quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Ensure proper storage of items as per company and food safety standards.
- Issue materials to departments based on approved requisitions.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory management system.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), stock registers, issue records, and inventory reports.
- Prepare daily and monthly stock consumption reports.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department regarding stock requirements.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all store-related records.
Compliance & Quality
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Monitor expiry dates and take necessary action on near-expiry items.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Coordination
- Coordinate with kitchen, F&B operations, purchasing, and finance departments.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Support inventory planning and cost-control initiatives.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:
Experience:
- F&B stores, hotels, restaurants industry etc..: 2 years (Required)
Language:
- Assamese Hindi English (Required)
