About the Role
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online marketplace business. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience managing seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing product listings, managing marketplace operations, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow business across Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings to improve visibility and conversions.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and pricing strategies.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and marketplace advertising.
- Handle catalog management, content updates, and product launches.
- Analyze marketplace data, sales reports, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, dispatch, and customer support.
- Resolve marketplace-related issues such as account health, policy compliance, returns, and claims.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in E-commerce/Marketplace Management.
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience with marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
- Good understanding of catalog management, inventory control, and order processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing multiple online marketplaces.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and performance marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with ERP/inventory management systems.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
