- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align software design with evolving business strategies and objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM), Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management within Workday environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Experience in coordinating cross-team collaboration to drive project success.
- Familiarity with software design principles and application architecture in enterprise settings.
