Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Java + Angular Developer with strong hands-on expertise in backend and frontend application development. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot and developing responsive web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
- Develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using Angular 10+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs.
- Work with SQL databases for application data management.
- Participate in application design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Follow coding standards and software development best practices.
- Use Git for source-code management and collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application deployments.
- Work on or contribute to AI-enabled, automation-driven, or intelligent application patterns where applicable.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance and reliability.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices
- Experience developing REST APIs
- Strong experience with Angular 10+
- Good knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience with SQL databases
- Knowledge of Git, Agile/Scrum, and software development lifecycle
- Exposure to CI/CD and cloud-native development
- Understanding of API integration, authentication, exception handling, and application security
Good to Have
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD tools
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications, GenAI integrations, or automation frameworks
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications
Work Arrangement
This is primarily a remote position.
Candidates will be required to visit an office/location for laptop collection on two occasions:
- HCL laptop collection – approximately 2 days
- Optum laptop collection – approximately 2 days
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
