The Admission Head is responsible for planning, managing, and executing the complete admission process. This role focuses on increasing student enrollment, leading the admissions team, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets
- Develop and implement admission strategies to attract students
- Handle student inquiries, counseling, and conversion into admissions
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns (digital & offline)
- Maintain and update admission data, reports, and records
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes
- Organize seminars, workshops, and admission drives
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure smooth documentation and admission process
