Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and presentable Marketing Executive to promote our pathology laboratory services. The ideal candidate will build strong professional networks, drive patient referrals, and increase footfall by engaging with doctors, clinics, corporate offices, and the local community.
Responsibilities :
- Doctor & Clinic Networking: Regularly visit doctors, hospitals, and clinics in and around Gwalior to introduce our testing services and secure sample collection partnerships.
- Campaigns & Camps: Plan and organize health check-up camps in residential societies, schools, and corporate offices to raise brand awareness.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads for B2B contracts, corporate tie-ups, and specialized testing packages.
- Referral Growth: Implement strategies to increase daily walk-ins and doctor-referred patient footfalls.
- Local Marketing: Execute local awareness campaigns and distribute promotional materials.
- Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market requirements to help shape our services.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in healthcare marketing, or diagnostic lab sales.
- Skills: Strong communication (Hindi and English), excellent interpersonal skills, and a confident, pleasant personality.
- Transportation: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a vehicle for local field visits.
- Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Gwalior medical landscape and local demographics is highly preferred.
