Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, assess, and accurately record patients' vital signs, symptoms, intake/output, and clinical condition.
- Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and treatments safely, and monitor the patient's response.
- Perform nursing procedures within professional competency, including Ryle's (nasogastric) tube insertion and care, Foley's
catheterization and catheter care, IV cannulation, and intramuscular injections.
- Follow aseptic technique, infection-prevention protocols, patient-identification checks, and appropriate documentation for
every procedure.
- Assist doctors during rounds, clinical examinations, treatments, and procedures; promptly carry out and document medical
orders.
- Recognize clinical deterioration and initiate appropriate emergency first-response measures, including BLS/CPR, while
activating the escalation and referral protocol.
- Maintain accurate, timely patient records, nursing notes, medication charts, procedure records, and incident reports.
- Ensure patient hygiene, safety, comfort, pressure-area care, and compliance with infection-control practices.
- Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families.
- Assist with rehabilitation activities and coordinate with doctors, psychologists, MSWs, therapists, and other healthcare
professionals for holistic care.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
