· Handle inbound phone calls and emails from customers and program administrators.
- Provide accurate information regarding client’s products, services, and product delivery systems.
· Provide Tier 1 support and assist users with online services.
· Deliver accurate information about products and services.
· Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
· Respond quickly to customer issues and manage a high volume of tasks.
· Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently when needed.
