Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Showroom Sales Executive to assist customers, promote products, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Process billing, payments, and sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales service.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
