- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in existing and new markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly/quarterly performance reports.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective business strategies.
- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts with customers.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product promotions, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
- Develop pricing strategies and recommend improvements to maximize profitability.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain long-term business relationships.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales analysis, and management presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Travel to customer locations for business development, meetings, and project follow-ups as required.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer service.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
