We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. As the face of ANS Motors, you will be responsible for engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward the perfect two-wheeler. Your goal will be to drive sales growth while ensuring a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing detailed information on different bike models, features, specifications, and pricing.
- Sales Conversion: Guide customers through the sales process—from initial inquiry and test rides to final documentation and vehicle delivery.
- Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries via phone and walk-ins to convert potential leads into successful sales.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, technical specs, and competitive advantages of all brands available in our showroom.
- Finance & Insurance Coordination: Assist customers with financing options, loan processing, and insurance requirements.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a database of customers and build long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports and provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in retail sales (experience in the automobile or two-wheeler industry is a strong plus). Fresher candidates with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
- Education: Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Coimbatore/Sundapalayam area is preferred.
- License: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
