About the Role
4R Investments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Dealer / Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing client trades, managing client relationships, acquiring new clients, and promoting investment products while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute equity and derivatives trades accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Acquire new Demat and Trading Account clients.
- Generate business through client referrals and networking.
- Promote and cross-sell financial products, including Mutual Funds, IPOs, SIPs, and other investment solutions.
- Assist clients with investment-related queries and provide timely support.
- Monitor client portfolios and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Stock Broking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
- Sound knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, and IPOs.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Languages Required: Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- NISM Certification will be an added advantage.
