Job Summary:
We are seeking for highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM. This role demands deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including advanced configuration, extensions, integration, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, and a proven track record of delivering scalable HCM solutions in a dynamic enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions, ensuring data integrity and optimal system performance.
- Design data migration strategies from PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance. Utilize HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher for efficient data loading, reporting, and extraction.
- Design, build, and maintain robust integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and external/internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and File base data import (FBDI).
- Architect and develop scalable solutions using BI Publisher, OTBI, Page Composer, and Application Composer to meet complex business requirements.
- Develop and perform thorough unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure technical components are robust and reliable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving data conversion, integrations, performance, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Business Users/Analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and team members, providing technical leadership and code reviews.
- Review Oracle quarterly updates, evaluate impact on current configurations/customizations, and apply required changes.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, documentation, version control, and deployment processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and create comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.
Required Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, or upgrade projects, with at least one full implementation of modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence.

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM data model and business processes.

Proficiency in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports.

Experience with Fast Formulas, OTBI, and Page Composer personalization.

Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP web services.

Knowledge of HCM security (roles, privileges, data access).

Experience with PaaS extensions using Visual Builder is a plus.

Agile methodology experience is a plus.
Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.

Oracle Certification on Oracle Cloud HCM, and related modules preferred
