About the Role
We are looking for a creative and client-focused Senior Interior Designer to manage residential interior projects from concept development through execution.
The ideal candidate should possess strong design capabilities, client management skills, and experience handling turnkey residential projects, modular interiors, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Space Planning
- Create innovative residential interior design concepts
- Develop furniture layouts, space plans, mood boards, and design presentations
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, elevations, and design documentation
- Recommend materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and décor elements
Client Management
- Conduct client meetings and requirement gathering sessions
- Present concepts, layouts, and design proposals
- Translate client aspirations into functional and aesthetically refined spaces
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle
Project Coordination
- Handle multiple residential interior projects simultaneously
- Coordinate with execution teams, vendors, and production teams
- Support site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during execution
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely project delivery
Technical Design
- Develop detailed working drawings and 3D visualizations
- Ensure design feasibility and technical accuracy
- Coordinate with factory and execution teams for custom furniture production
Design Innovation
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and technologies
- Contribute innovative ideas that enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential interior design
- Experience handling turnkey residential interior projects
- Knowledge of modular interiors and customized furniture solutions
- Strong space planning and visualization capabilities
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
