Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and PHP Laravel to join our growing product development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale ERP, CRM, SaaS, or high-traffic web applications that handle large audiences and massive datasets.
You will work closely with senior developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product teams to build scalable, high-performance web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and the Laravel framework.
· Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance front-end interfaces.
· Design, develop, and maintain secure REST APIs and backend services.
· Optimize application performance to support high-traffic systems and large datasets.
· Manage MySQL databases, including query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
· Develop reusable components and maintain clean, scalable code architecture.
· Participate in system design discussions, technical planning, and code review processes.
· Integrate third-party APIs and external services into applications.
· Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements to enhance system reliability.
· Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for deployment, scaling, and maintenance activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP Laravel Framework, MySQL, and REST API development.
· Experience working on large-scale ERP, CRM, SaaS, or enterprise-level applications.
· Proven experience handling large user bases, high-traffic systems, large datasets, background jobs, queues, and performance optimization.
· Good understanding of database design, normalization, caching strategies, API security, authentication, and authorization.
· Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
· Familiarity with Linux server environments and deployment processes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
