Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Bandra. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural design, project coordination, and construction documentation. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and clients throughout various project stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of architectural concepts, designs, and presentations.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring project progress and quality standards.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Support project documentation, material selection, and specification preparation.
- Participate in client meetings and assist in design presentations.
- Review and update drawings based on project feedback and site conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and building regulations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and sustainable design practices.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
