Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise aluminium window production operations
- Ensure production targets are met with high quality and efficiency
- Plan and optimize workflow, manpower, and machine utilization
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain quality control standards and safety compliance
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and dispatch teams
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in aluminium window/door manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Experience in handling production workflow and deadlines
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
