Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional for Interior Site Execution and Project Management. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end execution of residential and commercial interior projects including site supervision, furniture installation, quality management, project coordination, costing, and timely project completion.
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of interior execution processes, working drawings, BOQ/BOM preparation, vendor coordination, and site management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete site execution for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Supervise furniture fixing, installation, and finishing activities at project sites.
- Interpret and execute projects as per approved designs and working drawings.
- Prepare and manage BOM (Bill of Materials), BOQ, and project costing.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, carpenters, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure project completion within defined timelines and budgets.
- Monitor site quality, workmanship, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
- Handle material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory tracking.
- Resolve on-site execution challenges and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure proper communication between clients, project teams, and management.
- Prepare project status reports, execution updates, and completion reports.
- Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction throughout project execution.

Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in residential or commercial interior project execution

- Strong understanding of interior materials and site processes
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
- Willingness to travel to project locations as required
