About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Project Management & NPD to lead New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept through production. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical expertise in electromechanical products, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to production.
- Coordinate with customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Manage engineering documentation, BOMs, product changes, and project milestones.
- Support product design reviews, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
- Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
- Resolve technical and project-related issues through effective problem-solving.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 7–9 years of experience in Project Management and New Product Development.
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical products and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in engineering drawings, BOM management, and product development processes.
- Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Automotive, Industrial, Electrical, or Electromechanical manufacturing industry.
- Exposure to ERP systems, Microsoft Project, or other project management tools.
- Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working with customer-facing NPD projects.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
