Job Summary
VC Devcon LLP is looking for an experienced Building Supervisor to oversee the execution of residential and commercial building projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site supervision, ensuring quality construction, timely execution, and effective coordination between labour, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities from foundation to project completion.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage labour, subcontractors, and site resources efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure proper material utilization and maintain site records.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Prepare daily progress reports and resolve site-related issues promptly.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in building construction supervision.
- Experience in residential or commercial building projects.
- Ability to read construction drawings and manage site execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
