Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Tool Room Engineer with hands-on experience in tool maintenance, development, and troubleshooting. The candidate should have strong exposure to EBM (Extrusion Blow Molding) machines and a good understanding of tool room operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of molds, dies, jigs, and fixtures
Handling and maintaining EBM machine molds and tooling systems
Ensuring proper functioning and alignment of tools used in production
Conducting preventive and breakdown maintenance of tools
Supporting production team in minimizing downtime related to tooling issues
Tool modification and improvement for better productivity and quality
Maintaining tool history records and documentation
Coordination with production and quality teams for continuous improvement
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of tool room operations and maintenance
Hands-on experience with EBM (Extrusion Blow Molding) machines
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Knowledge of measuring instruments and machining processes
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
