This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Business Development Executive (BDE). The BDE should be from the interior industry. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales proposals, and achieving sales targets. The BDE will also be required to conduct market research, attend client meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. The individual will play a key role in contributing to the company's growth and success in the uPVC windows and doors market.
Qualifications
- Experience in interior industry.
- Experience in UPVC is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in market research and lead generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Proactive and self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
