Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve website rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Create engaging captions, blogs, and marketing content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce compelling creatives.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO techniques, and social media algorithms.
- Support lead generation activities through organic digital marketing strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-Page & Off-Page)
- Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic website management
- Knowledge of keyword research tools and SEO best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Certification in Digital Marketing or SEO is an added advantage
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
