Role Merchant Acquisition Executive / Business Development Executive
Priority Focus Pay-In / payment collection merchant acquisition first; payout discussion based on
merchant requirement
Preferred Experience 1-3 years in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, fintech, payments,
banking, NBFC, SaaS, startup sales, or telecom/B2B field sales
Location Bengaluru / Hyderabad / South India preferred; hybrid / field + calling-based
depending on business need

Main Objective Generate merchant leads, speak to business owners, explain PaySpin payment solutions, collect basic details, coordinate onboarding, and follow up until closure.
Primary Priority Pay-In services - digital payment collection solutions for merchants.
Secondary Scope Payout services - vendor payments, settlements, refunds, beneficiary payments, and other approved business use cases, only where relevant.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
