Job Title - SAP IBP Consultants
Experience Required - 8+ years
Location could be - Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad.
Work Mode - Remote
SAP IBP Role — Key CV Requirements:
- SAP IBP Response & Supply (OBP — Order-Based Planning) — must be evidenced in a named, live implementation project. Stabilisation or support only is not enough.
- RTI (Real-Time Integration) — specifically, CFMM/CFM2 integration model setup, RTI profile configuration, and RTI monitor error handling. CI/DS alone does not qualify.
- S/4HANA integration with IBP — real-time alignment with PP/DS or MRP Live in a production environment.
- OBP operational depth — product allocation, pegging logic (preferable supply and stable pegging), CUTO/PDS transfer, planning run profiles, optimizer profiles, and planning permissions/key figure security.
- Minimum 8–10 years SAP supply chain experience with at least 4–5 years hands-on IBP configuration and implementation — not end-user, analyst, or super-user roles.
- End-to-end project delivery — blueprinting through go-live and hypercare. AMS/support-only profiles will be rejected.
- Global or multi-country programme experience preferred — single-site or single-company implementations may not meet the client's technical bar.
- Petrochemical, FMCG, manufacturing, or life sciences industry background preferred.
- Recent hands-on IBP work — this is critical.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
