Job Summary
The Salon Business Manager is responsible for the overall business performance, operational excellence, customer experience, team management, and profitability of the salon. The role involves driving revenue growth, achieving business targets, managing staff productivity, ensuring service quality, and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive salon revenue and achieve monthly sales and service targets.
- Monitor and improve key business metrics including service revenue, retail sales, customer retention, and average ticket size.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs, service standards, and operational guidelines.
- Ensure availability of products, tools, and consumables required for salon operations.
- Manage attendance, leave planning, scheduling, and workforce productivity.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and revenue reconciliation.
- Maintain brand standards across services, grooming, and customer interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; Hospitality, Business Management, or Retail Management preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in salon, retail, hospitality, wellness, luxury service, or related industries.
- Prior experience in team management and business operations preferred.
