Job Summary
Roljack Asia Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, along with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Promote company products and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals.
- Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
- Prepare sales reports and ensure timely payment collections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of sales experience (Fresh graduates may also apply).
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for business.
