- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers regarding project updates, payment schedules, documentation, and handover processes.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Project teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with booking formalities, agreements, documentation, and payment follow-ups.
- Schedule customer meetings, site visits, and property handover appointments.
- Collect customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare periodic customer service reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer relations, customer service, or the real estate industry is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
