We are looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this "boots-on-the-ground" role, you will be the face of Pitlane, responsible for physically visiting car washes and auto detailing businesses in your territory to demonstrate the value of our software and bring on new clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Field Prospecting: Conduct daily visits to car washes, mobile detailers, and auto appearance centers within your designated territory.
- Pitch & Demo: Engage business owners and managers, clearly articulating the value proposition of Pitlane, and performing live, on-the-spot software demonstrations on a tablet or laptop.
- Consultative Selling: Identify the specific pain points and operational bottlenecks of each business and explain how Pitlane's features can solve them.
- Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle from the initial cold walk-in to negotiating terms and closing the sale.
- Pipeline Management: Accurately track all field activities, prospect interactions, and pipeline progress in our internal CRM.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local car care professionals to drive referrals and brand loyalty.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
