We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the company's hiring goals. Core recruitment including sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA-HR preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
