Execution of Operations: Oversee the receiving, sorting, scanning, load optimization, and final dispatch of incoming packages. Monitor return-to-origin (RTO) metrics and non-delivery reports (NDR).
Leading a team: Oversee vendor labor, field employees, and delivery executives. Manage shift rosters, assign routes, and hold daily meetings.
Performance tracking: Keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, timeliness, and delivery success rate.
Compliance & Reporting: Enforce company safety, financial handling, and behavior standards while maintaining daily MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
