We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spoken English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, an engaging teaching style, and the ability to help students improve their spoken English skills in a fun and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive spoken English sessions for individuals or groups
- Provide personalized feedback to students to help them improve fluency, pronunciation, and confidence
- Prepare lesson plans that cater to the needs of different learners
- Create engaging activities and exercises that promote language acquisition
- Assess students’ progress and help them set achievable language goals
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in English, Linguistics, or Education)
- Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer or Teacher
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to the learning needs of students
- Patience and enthusiasm for teaching
