Job Title: Client Acquisition Intern
Role Overview:
The Client Acquisition Intern will be responsible for managing and responding to customer interactions across the Company’s social media platforms. The role involves handling direct messages, comments, and queries in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain the Company’s brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage incoming DMs, comments, Calls, and messages across all official social media platforms.
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned internal teams when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure communication aligns with the Company’s brand voice and policies.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for issue resolution.
- Assist in maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹8,300.22 - ₹58,274.65 per month
