Responsibilities include managing daily store operations, overseeing inventory, analyzing sales figures, and mentoring staff. This position bridges front-line customer service with back-office administration to ensure a smooth, customer-centric retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Business & Sales Management: Set, track, and exceed revenue targets by analyzing sales data and developing strategies to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion and average bill value.
- Office & Store Administration: Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, daily receipts, payroll, and reporting. Maintain vendor relationships and handle contracting or purchasing processes.
- Inventory Control: Oversee stock management, coordinate restocking, and minimize financial losses from theft or damage (shrinkage).
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate retail staff while fostering a highly motivated, high-performance sales culture.
- Customer Service & Compliance: Resolve customer escalations and ensure the branch complies with safety regulations and company policies
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
