We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Practitioner Dentist with experience in Dental & Facial Aesthetics to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role focuses on promoting dental and aesthetic products/services, building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and supporting revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will combine clinical dental knowledge with strong sales and communication skills to effectively present dental and facial aesthetic solutions, educate clients, develop professional networks, and achieve sales targets. The role requires a proactive approach to business development, customer engagement, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote facial aesthetic services, products, and solutions to potential clients and partners.
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and market activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, aesthetic centers, and clients.
Conduct product/service presentations and provide professional dental and aesthetic knowledge to support sales.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and new growth opportunities.
Support marketing campaigns, events, workshops, and promotional activities.
Follow up with leads and clients to increase engagement and conversion.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements:
Degree in Dentistry with valid General Practitioner Dentist qualification preferred.
Knowledge of general dentistry and facial aesthetics.
Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in dental, medical, aesthetic, or healthcare sales is an advantage.
Confident, target-oriented, and capable of building professional relationships.
