Position: Supervisor Trainee
Industry: Interior Fit-Out & Aluminium Fabrication/Installation
Qualifications:
- ITI or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel to project sites
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the site supervisor in managing interior fit-out and aluminium installation projects.
- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with technicians and contractors.
- Monitor the installation of aluminium partitions, windows, doors, glazing, and other interior works.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Track material usage and coordinate site material requirements.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and update the project team.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at the worksite.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and the project team for smooth execution.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of interior fit-out or aluminium fabrication/installation is an advantage.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work at multiple project locations.
Experience:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
